If you are unable to make calls with members of your care team, it might be due to the following:
Your subscription might have expired
You still need to grant the necessary permissions to the Platos app to make calls or use your camera.
Kindly confirm you have an active subscription via your profile in the top right corner of your screen.
You can grant necessary permissions to the app by going to your settings and giving Platos access.
