Platos Health acknowledges your right to delete your data in line with data protection regulations.
You can delete your data from Platos' database by following the following steps:
To request the deletion of your account and its data, send an email to compliance@platoshealth.com with the topic "Account deletion request".
If you don't want to delete your account entirely, you can specify in your email the data you want us to delete from your account.
We can permanently delete the following information:
Credentials (phone number, email, ids etc.) from our database and authentication system.
Personal information, such as names, assessments, etc.
Medical data such as biomarkers, case notes, food logs, etc.
Account analytics information related to your account.
We keep payment information, such as transactions and invoices, to conduct legal requirements, such as financial reporting.
